Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We currently only ship to the United States. All orders are shipped via USPS and UPS.  Shipping fees will be added to your order total at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated by the shipping carriers and are based on the order weight.

LEAD TIMES

In stock items typically ship in 3-5 business days and arrive in 7-10 business days. 

Items marked as PRE-ORDER will ship once in stock. Please note that the dates are estimates and are subject to change. You will still be charged upon check-out for pre-order items. An email confirmation with tracking details will be sent at the time of shipment. If there are any unexpected changes to the pre-ordered item, you will be contacted immediately, and the remainder of your order will be shipped to you.

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS

Items noted as pre-ordered on the product page are subject to change. We do our best to display updated and accurate availability information on the website.  If there is a change in product availability, you will be contacted immediately, and the remainder of your order will be shipped. 

*When placing an order for a PRE-ORDERED item, we suggest placing a separate order for in-stock items to avoid any shipping delays.  Orders placed with both in-stock and pre-order items will ship once the pre-order item is available. If you place two separate orders, your in-stock items will ship immediately. Your pre-ordered item will then ship as soon as it’s available.

Your credit card will be charged upon check-out.

PRICING POLICY

All prices are in US dollars and are subject to sales tax in accordance with state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. If there is an unexpected change to your order, we will notify you via email immediately.  We’ve made every effort to ensure accurate information on our website, but oversights and errors are subject to correction.

LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS

If your order has not arrived, yet the package status states delivered, please follow these steps:

  1. Check with neighbors, roommates, landlords, and the office at your apartment complex to see if the package was left there.
  2. Check with your delivery driver to see where he/she left the package.
  3. Reach out to the shipping carrier and file a claim. 

Please note, once your order leaves our shop, we are NO longer financially responsible for it.  At that point, it is the responsibility of the carrier.  All lost/ stolen package claims are the customer's responsibility and must be handled with the shipping carrier.

 RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your items from Carolina Dandy, so your satisfaction is extremely important to us. For this reason, we do accept returns with the following exceptions below.

INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing items, please email us at hello@carolinadandy.com within 48 hours of your delivery.  We will arrange a return and replacement at our expense.

For damaged items, we require photographs of the damaged items AND the original shipping box be emailed to us at hello@carolinadandy.com prior to shipping your return.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

Please contact us at hello@carolinadandy.com within 14 days of your delivery.  Returned merchandise must be in original, unused condition, and accompanied by the original Carolina Dandy packing slip. We do not refund original shipping charges and return shipping fees are your responsibility. Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery date.

When returning an item, you must ensure that the item is adequately packaged.  You have the option to insure the package for your protection at the time of return. Carolina Dandy is not responsible for the item if it is damaged or lost while being returned.  Received Items that are damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

REFUNDS

Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon original delivery. Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be reviewed and a refund to be issued.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with the original Carolina Dandy packing slip.  Once we receive your item, we will conduct an inspection and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued, less shipping costs. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Clearance and seasonal items are final sale. Please note final sale items on the individual product page.

CANCELLATIONS

It means a lot to us that you have placed an order.  We want to get your order out to you as soon as possible, which means production begins immediately after receiving your order in our system.  Please feel free to return your order to us for a full refund of the merchandise value, less shipping. Please contact hello@carolinadandy.com to receive approval of your return.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to receive a different item, please place a separate order through our website and return your previously purchased item.
