Frequently Asked Questions


All gifts will be monogrammed in the order in which you enter the initials.  Letters will not be rearranged so place them in first, LAST, middle order. If you would like them in a different order please note at checkout, because middle initial will be larger unless otherwise stated. What you enter is exactly how it will be embroidered.  Please double check what you have entered before you complete your purchase to ensure that the initials are correct.

Please, please review every detail of your order BEFORE submitting.  All orders will be personalized as the order form indicates. Please make sure you fill in every blank and select any item needed from a drop down. Carolina Dandy is not responsible for customer error in ordering.  Review your order details before adding to your cart, as well as before submitting your order. No refunds or replacements will be given for any customer error in providing order details.


All orders are custom made after payment has been received.  Orders will be completed in the order in which they are received.  Our production times varies per product, but our typical turn around time is between 7-10 business days.  This excludes Saturdays and Sundays along with any holiday.  During our busy seasons, production may take up to 3 weeks. There will be announcement on our site when product times have been extended.

*Our filigree jewelry collection has a production time of 21 days. Production times for specific pieces is noted in each product description.

Carolina Dandy ships via USPS and occasionally UPS/FED EX.  The USPS recommends allowing up to 5-7 business days for you to receive your package after it has been shipped. All orders will receive a tracking number.  Carolina Dandy is not responsible for delays in shipping.  Once it leaves the shop it is out of our control.  No refunds will be given for the delay in shipment once the order leaves our shop.  

If your order has not arrived, yet the package status states delivered, please check with the carrier to first inquire about your package.  Then, check with neighbors, roommates, landlords, and the office at your apartment complex.  Carolina Dandy is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages, so if your order still cannot be found, please reach out to Addison at Hello@Carolinadandy.com.  We cannot replace your item for free, but can extend a 25% off discount for a replacement.  


Due to the personalized nature of each item, we do not accept returns unless there was an error on our part.  Review the monogramming details that you enter before checkout.  All initials are embroidered in the order in which they are entered from left to right.  If you have questions about your personalization, please contact us via our contact page or email directly at Hello@Carolinadandy.com.  Refunds/Returns/Exchanges will not be offered for your errors in our monogramming instructions.


Due to the custom nature of our products cancellations are not possible.  Often times production begins immediately after receiving your order in our system. 




I accidentally submitted the wrong shipping address! What do I do? Contact us immediately via Hello@Carolinadandy.com. If your order has not been shipped, we are happy to make note of your correct address.  If the order has been shipped, you can contact the local USPS or wait for the item to  be returned to us. Once the item is returned, we will reship to your correct address.

How soon will my order ship? Each and every order is personalized by Addison.  She runs this business entirely alone and prides herself on the detailed attention and quality she puts towards each order.  Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.  During our busy seasons, your order may take up to 3 weeks to produce and ship. You monogrammed this wrong. I thought you would you knew the order for the initials. Can you redo this? No, all orders are monogrammed in the order in which you enter the initials from left to right (first, LAST, middle order).  If there has been an error on our part, please accept our apologies as we are human and contact us at Hello@Carolinadandy.com with your order number, description of the issue and picture, for a replacement.  

Do you ship internationally? Not at this time.

Can I bring you things to monogram? At this time, we are not accepting outside items.

What is your return policy? All orders are non-refundable unless we accidentally sent you the wrong item or made an oops!
