MONOGRAM FORMAT

All gifts will be monogrammed in the order in which you enter the initials.  Letters will not be rearranged so place them in first, LAST, middle order in the text box.  What you enter is exactly how it will be embroidered.

For example, Annie Elizabeth Smith is "aSe." Please double check what you have entered before you complete your purchase to ensure that the initials are correct.

If you are entering a monogram with no middle name, put letters in the order they will appear from left to right.

For example, Annie Smith is "AS."

For single initials, please just enter the one initial you need monogrammed.

For example, Annie is "A."

 

SIZING

Have a question about product sizing? Please first refer to the product description, as we note model sizes, how each piece runs, and include a size chart. If you have further or specific questions regarding size and fit, please don't hesitate to send a quick email to hello@carolinadandy.com.  We want to help you select the best fit for you!

 

REVIEW ORDER DETAILS

Please, please review every detail of your order BEFORE submitting.  All orders will be personalized as the order form indicates. Please make sure you fill in every blank and select any item needed from a drop down. Carolina Dandy is not responsible for customer error in ordering.  Review your order details before adding to your cart, as well as before submitting your order. No refunds or replacements will be given for any customer error in providing order details.

 

PRODUCTION

All orders are custom made after payment has been received.  Orders will be completed in the order in which they are received.  Our production times varies per product, but our typical turn around time is between 10-14 business days.  This excludes Saturdays and Sundays along with any holiday.  During our busy seasons, production may take up to 3 weeks. There will be announcement on our site when product times have been extended.

SHIPPING

Carolina Dandy ships via USPS with tracking.  The USPS recommends allowing up to 5-7 business days for you to receive your package after it has been shipped. All orders will receive a tracking number.  Carolina Dandy is not responsible for delays in shipping.  Once it leaves the shop it is out of our control.  No refunds will be given for the delay in shipment once the order leaves our shop.  

If your order has not arrived, yet the package status states delivered, please check with the carrier to first inquire about your package.  Then, check with neighbors, roommates, landlords, and the office at your apartment complex.  Carolina Dandy is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

 

RETURNS

Due to the personalized nature of each item, we do not accept returns unless there was an error on our part.  Review the monogramming details that you enter before checkout.  All initials are embroidered in the order in which they are entered from left to right.  If you have questions about your personalization, please contact us via our contact page or email directly at hello@Carolinadandy.com.  Refunds/Returns/Exchanges will not be offered for your errors in our monogramming instructions.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Due to the custom nature of our products cancellations are not possible.  Often times production begins immediately after receiving your order in our system.

What is your turn around time?

Due to the personalization of each order, please expect your order to ship in 10-14 business days. In the event of a sale or peak shipping seasons, shipping times may be delayed up to 2-3 weeks. Look for an announcement bar at the top of the site for extended shipping notice. Also, from time to time, a product maybe backordered with the vendor. If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible with an estimated shipping date. You are never bound to a backordered item and may cancel your order.  Any questions? How long does shipping take?

If you chose First Class Mail at checkout, USPS estimates 2-5 business days (excludes weekends). If your order is shipped Priority Mail, USPS estimates 1-3 business days. An email was sent at the time of shipping to let you know your order was on the way.  Inside the email, is a tracking number for your package.  Please allow 24-48 for your tracking number to become active.  You can track your package using this number.

 

What is your exchange/return policy?

Due to the personalized nature of each product, all sales are final and no refunds available.  In the event, you receive a defective product, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order.  Email photos and order number to hello@carolinadandy.com.

Can I place a RUSH order?

Reach out via our contact us form, email at hello@carolinadandy.com. We will do our best to accommodate your need, but let's discuss it first to double check!

 

How can I contact you?

We pride ourselves on promptly responding to all questions and inquires.  Don't hear from us within 24 hours, then re-send it- chances are it didn't make it to our inbox.

 

Can I change my order?

Depending on the turn around time here, it may not be available, as we try our best to put your order into production as soon as it is received. Please email hello@carolinadandy.com and we will do our best to accommodate your changes.

 

How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?

Do you have any current discount codes?

Not at this time. Any special offers are sent out to our email list, Front Porch Chatter, so make sure you join us there by submitting your email at the bottom of the page (right side).

 

Can I receive a refund if I forgot to use a code at checkout?

Unfortunately, no.  All codes must be redeemed at the time of purchase.

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges are calculated upon checkout and is based on the weight of your order.  All orders ship via USPS with tracking.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this time.
